Statement of the Office Regarding No Charges Filed
No Charges Filed is a comedy surf punk band operating out of the Gulf Coast. The group performs reverb-drenched surf guitar over fast punk drums. Its lead vocalist, Rusty Lee Boudreaux, sings every song as the subject of the incident and has not broken character under questioning.
Each recording on file follows the same pattern. A man tries in earnest to do the right thing, and Florida takes it from there. Witnesses describe the opening of each song as sincere and the ending as outside the jurisdiction of this Office.
The group's debut docket, High Hopes , contains twelve (12) cases. Cases are released to the public as investigations close.
The Office has reviewed every incident and has determined that no charges will be filed.
